Sales Director



JobSiteCheck's mission is to increase safety, accountability and transparency on job sites from the ground up. Right now our focus is providing a simple, contactless, hardware free solution to help construction companies bring people safely back on to job sites. Long term, we believe that through this connection to the workers on the ground, new opportunities to increase safety, accountability and transparency are emerging.


Everyday our team strives to develop relationships with prospective customers who are working to build safer job sites. These are unprecedented times demanding innovative solutions to new problems and challenges. Success in this role is determined by your ability to listen, be inherently curious, and deliver value in every conversation with existing and prospective customers In the role of Sales Director, you will be responsible for growing our customer base by managing every stage of the sales funnel. You will collaborate with our Business Development Representatives to build pipelines, qualify inbound leads and navigate prospective customers through the sales process. You will also work to expand our relationships with existing customers. We're looking for a highly motivated, resilient, driven individual who loves a challenge of navigating a competitive market, is a consummate learner, enjoys the excitement of early stage companies, has a team first mentality and is seeking new ways to progress their sales career. You will report directly to the CEO.


  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry and the new challenges that the industry faces relating to safety and productivity
  • Consistently achieve at or above quota
  • Maintain a target list of accounts and manage relationship development of related contacts in collaboration with your assigned Business Development Representative
  • Perform compelling, researched platform demos
  • Brainstorm, test and implement outbound messaging to ensure resonance with the customer
  • Regularly report on pipeline growth, deal progress and learnings
  • Provide a strategic point of view on sales operations, team and marketing optimizations and sales tactics that the broader team can use to grow our customer base
  • Ensure smooth customer handoff to customer success and onboarding team
  • Contribute to the overarching sales and go to market strategy of the organization


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years experience in enterprise software sales
  • Experience in construction tech a plus
  • Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
  • Experience with CRM software required (Hubspot preferred)
  • Variable compensation tied to performance against quota
